● Parent with Diabetes
● Features of a specific monogenic cause (e.g., 
      renal cysts, 
      partial lipodystrophy, 
      maternally inherited deafness, and 
      severe insulin resistance in the absence of obesity)
● Monogenic diabetes prediction model probability >5%
